stiffly beaten

Instructions
Stir together oats, flour, margarine and sugar. Fold in egg whites.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes.
Notes
May add in chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, etc.
